The 3 Human Design Experts I Actually Listen To (And What I Like About Them)
Human Design is my favorite tool to use when I’m feeling stuck or out of alignment. It can help you find grounding by showing you the best way to schedule your day, which environments you thrive in, when and what you should eat while also uncovering your deeper purpose and the person your soul came here to be. I like to think of it as the ultimate handbook designed uniquely for you based on when and where you were born. Since it’s such a layered and complex tool that combines many different modalities, it can feel overwhelming when you first dive in. I recommend trying not to take it all in at once. It really takes time (years) to get to know your blueprint so I’m sharing 3 Human Design experts I trust to help you get started.
What is Human Design?
Human Design is a system that helps you understand who you are and how you operate. It blends 5 systems: Astrology, Chakras, I Ching, Kabbalah, and Quantum Mechanics to create a unique map based on your birth time and place. Human Design was created with the intention to act as a tool for self-discovery, helping you understand how you’re meant to operate in the world. Over the years, Human Design has become more popular and widespread As a result, there’s an overwhelming amount of information available today. If you’re curious about learning more about Human Design but aren’t sure where to start, I’ve curated 3 experts in the Human Design field I recommend and trust.

There is so much information about Human Design available for free these days. It can be overwhelming at first, especially since Human Design is a very complex and layered system. If you’re brand new to Human Design or want to dive deep into your chart, I would recommend getting a reading with someone who is certified. This will give you a solid foundation that you can refer back to again and again as you embark on your Human Design journey.
