Clarity Over Certainty: Integrating Grief And Moving Forward With Intention Without Needing To See The Entire Path

Episode 26: Clarity Over Certainty

This episode discusses my work with a leadership coach and intentionally closing that container. I explore grief and how I reached a point of integration while moving forward without all the answers. Listen to this when you’re feeling unsure of what’s next for you or if you’re navigating grief and transformation.

Episode Summary

In this episode, I’m reflecting on the closing of a deeply transformative chapter and what it means to move forward after a season shaped by grief. After working with a leadership coach over the past year, I recently had my final session and felt the importance of intentionally closing that container and honoring everything it held.

I share how grief has changed my understanding of what it means to heal. In the beginning, I simply wanted to feel better and return to normal. Now, I can see that there is no going back to who I was before. Grief has become part of me, not something happening to me, and it has shaped me into a new version of myself.

I also reflect on the role of coaching and guidance during in-between seasons. A good guide can act as a mirror, helping you see yourself more clearly when life feels distorted or uncertain. As I looked back on the work I’ve done, I realized how much growth had happened one step at a time.

This episode explores what it means to carry grief as a companion while still allowing room for joy, magic, possibility, and abundance. It is also about learning to trust the unknown. Certainty may not always be available, but clarity can become an anchor. When you know who you are, what you value, and what matters most, you can move forward without needing to see the entire path.
